    When i contacted them to follow up on replacment product. I was told 5hey were sent months ago and Puolator must have lost package. They would track and let me know. Since that call I have heard nothing and I call weekly o inquire. They are masters of diversion…that was 3 months ago and I have not spoken to them yet. Paid them for the blinds 1000.00 they need to finish the job. Brutal at time management and customer service over a year since I first ordered blinds. Do not use blinds by vertican…they do not take care of current customers
