    We had them install a new tub and shower tap. They sent an apprentice who made several mistakes in the install. After our complaints of the errors they sent the apprentice back with a journeyman who still didn't fix all the errors. The contractor who was installing the the new shower tile (who is not a plumber) found the tap cartridge had been incorrectly installed. After he reinstalled it everything was fine. We sent an email to them outlining this and had no response. Their lack of professionalism and customer service will have us use a different contractor in the future.

    Found out a year after installing our furnace and a/c unit that a permit with the city was never taken out. We found out by reading another review by a customer that their permit was never pulled so we called the city to look into ours and found none.
