      *** *** **** Willie's arrived at our residence to tow our motorhome under the direction of the Bylaw. Bylaw had a removal sticker on the windshield that said the vehicle had to be removed by 2:21pm Thursday. When we arrived on Thursday there was no sticker on vehicle windshield, thinking the City removed it. Willie's showed up at 4:30pm Friday afternoon to tow it. There was a court date scheduled for ******* and in accordance to the bylaws in place, the vehicle was to remain as parked in the yard until resolution of the court appearance and fine etc. The motorhome was sold and contents (our personal belongings) were disposed of or sold, we don't know. They made it impossible for us **** ******* ** ******* to even retrieve our personal effects, not returning calls, emails, dropping our call if answered so forth We want our belongings.

      My car was impounded May **** ** *****. Today would be 30 days and I called to find out how much it will cost to pick up my vehicle. I was advised I could not pick it up until the ***** but because they are not open at that time I would have to wait until the next business day. Thier next business day is Monday. I asked if I were there to pick up at opening Monday morning if I would only be charged for only the extra two days. She stated no you will be charged for the full three days. I have the money to pick up my property and can not due to the business hours of this establishment. These are unethical business practices, verging on extortion and theft. I am willing to pay for the current fees with out question. However, the additional fees is unethical, I want to have the bill adjusted for when I pick up or the funds returned to me, in a timely fashion.
