    We were travelling to ***** in July 2023. We visited the Banff ******** Market on July 5, 2023 and purchased a cutting board from this business (Knotty Wood Designs) owned and operated by ****** *****. We paid ****** for the board ****** CAD which included a display stand she needed to make and then ship to us as we were travelling. It never arrived. We followed up MANY times with her using email, voice mail, social media. She initially responded that she had a terrible family emergency and we gave her some respectful space but then followed up again in late 2023/early 2024. I have all emails. When we never heard back, we contacted the Banff Market general manager who reached out to ****** and encouraged her to reply. In June 2024, ****** was actively engaged (again on emails) to send us the purchase. Sent photos of alternative boards since she had sold the one we purchased. Then she went silent, We have tried several times to reach her since then. I almost filed a BBB claim last year at this time, but she did start to reply. At this point, she is still actively selling online and possibly at the market, Buyers need to be aware. At this point, we want our money back--not a product. We are hoping you can help. We are hapy to share all documentarion inclyding emails, photos, copy of the charge that hit our credit card. She has scknowledged many times on email she is aware of the purchase so that is not in question. We decided to proceed through this channel first before speaking out on social media and other ways to warn consumers of this buyer. Thank you for your reply and hoping your influence to help resolve this ongoing matter. Again, we would have filed a claim earlier but ******** correspondence in July 2024 appeared to indicate she was willing to ship us this product, She then stopped all reply to our communication. ************ *****
