    We built with Atlas Premium Homes a couple years ago and could not be happier. The end product was exactly what we wanted. Any issues we had were taken care of in a timely matter. (Even some things that could have been out fault. Oops. Thanks ******) The process through the build was made easier by the computer program they used which made communication easy and easy to keep track of. If and when we build again we will definitely be using Atlas again. KB

    DO NOT UTILIZE THIS HOME BUILDER, ALL SMOKING MIRRORS WITH THEM!ONE YEAR IN OUR HOME AND NOTHING BUT ISSUES ALREADY AND WONT GET FIXED! ****** HAS TANTRUMS AND VERY RUDE WHEN YOU CHALLENGE HIM ON HIS WORK, WARRANTY AND WHEN HE SAYS THINGS!HIS FAVOURITE SAYING I DONT RECALLTHERE IS NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT HIS CUSTOM HOMES AND HEs WAY OVERPRICED! HE WILL BAD MOUTH OTHER HOMEBUILDERS, BUT IS THE WORST IVE SEEN! HONESTLY PICK ANOTHER BUILDER, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!***** **** IF I COULD I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR!

    We are sorry to hear you are still not satisfied with the service provided. We truly did our best to remedy any items you brought to our attention immediately including providing several upgrades to the home not included in your package at no additional cost. We have completed all 3 items requested after your one-year review by Progressive new home warranty within ************************************************************** ourselves at any time if you feel there was something missed. Unfortunately, we did have to resort to communications via email or through a third party as you had called yelling and swearing at our staff and trades several times and we do not tolerate abusive behavior to anyone in or employment.***. Have a good day.

    As per your comment, you did NOT remedy repairs under 30 days! You never answered e-mails and when challenged you became defensive, and irate and that was numerous times! Never yelled at your staff nor contractors, just you as you are irrational. Its amazing how things are falling apart already within a year, pretty sad!Like I said I would never recommend your *** to anyone!
