    We ordered heavy equipment parts through this business and were requested full payment before parts were ordered. We sent the full amount of $4621.85 by e-transfer on April 17/24 and have a paid invoice. Expected delivery was 6-8 weeks. On may 30/24 I emailed the parts person we ordered from to get an update on when we could delivery and was told the order was pushed back and we could expect to see parts beginning to mid-July. E-mailed parts person again on July 15/24 after calls did not get any response. They have a large phone menu so I called every division and was stonewalled every time. We called from two different phone numbers multiple times with same results. The email resulted in an automated message saying the parts person was on holidays July *****. Called again on July 25/24 and was told he is on holidays and they don't know when he's coming back. Asked for a different parts person and was told we need to talk to him regarding the order. Asked for a refund and was told that they would check with procurement 4 times in July with a promise of a return call which has never happened. Asked for accounting...no one was there either. At this point we'd like to see the requested parts (see invoice attachment) or a full refund. I'm not sure I trust this organization to deliver the correct parts so leaning towards a refund. The parts requested are not rare. Since we have been getting *********** we have checked with other companies and delivery date is within two weeks and payment upon delivery not upfront. We have lost a lot of revenue through lost work due to the machine being down waiting on parts.Please help.Thank you ****** ********
