  July 23rd 2022 we went to GoRV Leduc, initial loan ~$38k, after later removal of some add ons ~$25K. We were directly told by the service manager, after he reviewed the inspection - which took 3 weeks to be emailed to us - that “the trailer should have never been sold in it’s condition and should have been sent to auction”

  Customers bought the unit safety only( clearly written and signed on bill of sale)

  I purchased a 2015 Forest River Flagstaff trailer for $458866.31 on May 12 2022 from GoRV in Leduc. I also purchased the Ultimate plan for warranty. On pick up I noticed that there was mildew smell but I was told it was fixed with the seals as stayed in the inspection form. On the first trip the fender skirting ripped off, this was noted as repaired by GoRV upon purchase. I was told there is no coverage for repairs done by GoRV which is against what the sales contract noted. The rear motor in the jacks that were install continuously have blown fuses and now are not functioning properly. The entire RV now completely smells of milder to the point of not being able to stay inside. I have attempted consultation with GoRV and even hired a mediator and gotten extreme disrespect and rudeness by the ***** ******* * *******. Instead of attempting to resolve their issues I was told they would give me 25,000.00 on a trailer that was purchased months before for 48,000.00. I feel I am being taken advantage of. I was contacted after the female mediation person stated that the * ******* yelled at her and stated he would not work with a mediation person and the I knew I was buying damaged used trailer. Then I contacted by GoRV in Leduc that I had four days to pick up my trailer from GoRv and I now owed them 400.00.
