    The bill of sale is August 29, 2022 and I paid $2672.25 for a boat windshield.

    Basically, I sent them the details of what I needed including my boat make and model, pictures of the broken piece and numerous emails to get the right windshield. They sent me the wrong one and it doesn’t come close to fitting.

    Initially they were dealing with the manufacturer to see how I could return it, but then it has been radio silence since October. I reached out for an update in January and have received nothing back. I have a number of emails that I can share too if needed. I still don’t have a windshield for my boat and I am out $2600.

    I am just looking for a refund when I send the wrong thing back.

    I, ******* *, has been in touch with *** regarding the windshield. I have been in contact with the Boat manufacturer as well regarding some different options available to him. I gave him a name and number to a Boat repair shop that have done multiple modifications on windshields for the manufacturer and they might be able to talk the local glass shop through it. *** said he was going to talk with the local glass shop and see if they felt comfortable doing the modifications.. If not, the manufacturer said they would in fact return the part for refund. I told *** to stay in contact with me, he has my email and phone number.
