    I purchased my townhouse brand new from Partners development in 2018. Since purchasing my house, I have been having issues with my furnace. Anytime its below -15, the ventilation pipe from the outside ices up and my heat goes off. Every year, I reach out to Partners development to express the issue/concern but they never return my email or address the concern. I have had several furnace companies assess my ventilation and they all tell me that its installation problem and would need to be fixed within. Every year I spend between ******* dollars to have a furnace company come out to de-ice the pipes in order to have the heater working in the house. It has been extremely stressful and I want partners development to fix this problem since its their installation problem. Im filing this complaint because Partners development is not cooperating. Im told its common problem with Partners development built houses in my area. Im told this problem can potentially cause the house to have dangerously high CO2 level which is huge health and safety concern and need to be dealt with swiftness. I hope Partners development will take accountability and fix the problem as soon as possible. Thank you so much. ******************* ********** *******************

    Good afternoon, 

    We received the complaint in early January and offered to have a customer care rep to the property on Jan 19th, but this date didn't work for the homeowner.  We've since had a customer tech on site Feb 7th and our ************* Manager on site today (Feb ********.  Our ************* has plan to resolve the issue but needed to confer with our HVAC contractor to ensure everything would be to code and ensure they agree with proposed resolution.
