    Between December 15th to 18 Oscar's Trash Service dumped an entire load of garbage from one of their dumpsters on my rural property. Due to a dispute with a tenant they elected to punish me the property owner for their poor business choices. Oscar's trash service has created a health and safety hazard on my property and refuses to clean up the result of their business activities. ****** over at *****'s taunted me to "do what you gotta do". These people don't care who they dump their mistakes on and make flimsy excuses for their ******** acts. I don't dump my business problems in their yard, why are they allowed to dump their mistakes on me. This company should be made to come and pick up the mess before it blows into traffic and causes an accident.

    Hi,

    I have no idea who this man was until he called me.  Someone was living on this property for quite some time and had one of our dumpsters on site that we emptied regularly.  We had been unable to reach ******* in over 3 months and he had outstanding invoices for us emptying the bin on site.  I had sent emails, both his phone numbers were disconnected, couldn't even find him on ******** where we had communicated in the past. Eventually I sent one of my trucks to check it out.  Our bin was full with a big pile of junk and garbage beside it, and the place looked like no one lived there.  So we left the garbage exactly where it was and removed our bin.

    Weeks later some guy calls me yelling and demanding I come and pick up the garbage.  From speaking to him I learned he evicted ******* which took months.  He had sent people over there to clean up the property filling up our bin.  Told me about all the people that he had to call, and send over there for this or that.  Never once did he call us to pickup the bin.  If he would had called and said ******* doesn't live here anymore, come pickup your bin, we would have, no problem.  Instead he filled our bin full well knowing he wasn't going to pay us.  I asked him why he would fill our bin if he knew we wouldn't get paid for it, his response was, and I quote "*** ** ******* *******".  So he was knowingly ********** my company.  We showed up not knowing he even existed, for all we knew ******* owned the property.  We were already out a bunch of money, so we left the garbage right beside the already big pile of garbage.

    He makes it sound like we just drove onto his property and just starting dumping garbage, not the case.  Simple phone call, and an once of respect, and there would not have been a problem.  He would have gotten the garbage he filled our bin with hauled away for free.
