    We had McCance out to fix our system many times, they have repeatedly let us down. We asked asked them to fix the main floor heat. We found that the air had not been bled from the system as promised. This is an issue we have asked to have fixed many times and we believe this is the cause for circulation pumps burning out as they have replaced the same circulation pump several times in the last 3-4 years. We found that air bleeders do not even exist on the main floor. They never told us in 4 years of asking to have this issue fixed I called and they said they had no plans to come out and do more work and that they would fix the air issue if we approved a new system for our basement at a cost of $17000. Only a short time later we find our house without heat once again after calling this morning the lady on the phone said ***** is right here if you'd like to speak to him. But he must have waived that off as she just took my info down and said they will get back to me. Which did not happen They have said many times that our boiler is working great and they have replaced all water lines in our existing main floor heat system and all circulation pumps as well as our heat exchanger but the problem persists and is seemingly beyond their capability We have now lost confidence in this company and they have told me they have no plans to come back out to do more work. The last time they had a worker here he was making fun of us for having a fire in our fireplace when we had no heat. He mocked us and laughed and even took pictures of us sitting in front our fire saying "I can't wait to show people this"Then left a huge mess of garbage, packaging, and old parts in our mechanical room We now have several other companies scheduled to look at the issue and expect to get detailed written explanations' of the problems with McCance Plumbing's work.Since they are incapable and unwilling to fix the issue we would like a refund of their most recent work $3146.27

    This complaint was resolved with the customer on the day they reached out to us.  There is no further follow up required as they are satisfied and said they would be withdrawing their complaint from the BBB site.
