    We picked the design, received the quote (2100+tax) & were told to pick the slabs upon arrival. We traveled back to ******* to look at the slabs but were told that they could not access the slabs as they were in a large pile. We trusted them and went ahead with the deposit and order. On Feb. 11, we picked up the completed table. On Feb 23, we called to let them know that there is a problem with the table and that it is splitting at all of the seams, we followed up with pictures. ****** called us back the next day and said no problem, they would fix it if we can bring it back again. **** later called us to say that he will remake a new ring entirely. We made arrangements for another trip (which is 752km for us) to drop off the table. When we picked up the re-made table on May 29th, it was packaged up for transport and **** told us that he did it himself. After arriving home and unpacking the table we were shocked to see that it had not been re-made but filled with putty in seams and holes. We relayed concern to ****** along with pictures on May 30. **** called us that day to say he would make a new tabletop and deliver it to us here in Cranbrook by the end of June. On June 18, we sent more pictures to show how the seams kept splitting and relay further concern. After numerous assurances, we were told that a new table will be delivered to us here in Cranbrook and should not have any more issues & at that time they will take away the old one. It is now a year later, numerous emails, phone calls, trips, empty excuses & added stress and we still have a table that is not what we paid for. The table is here if they choose to pick it up. We have been very patient in allowing ample time to rectify this saga but have just been met with excuses, delays & lies. The lack of professionalism is astounding. We have already gone to tremendous ************** to resolve this but they have failed to deliver and have taken advantage of our generosity.
