    I had **** from lock and key perform work and. My 2012 ******** in March 2024. On invoice 4083 dated March 7, 2024 he charged me ****** for 2 fobs that have never worked. In addition, I have unsuccessful in obtaining my origins key from him. I have made numerous attempts to contact him by text, phone and email to no avail since March 2024.

    Feb 16, 2024 I Lock & Key 9Eric) has the master copies for our commercial building ( Carebuilt ************; *************************) we have contacted **** 3 times for more keys, no action has been taken to get the keys to us, When I last called to inquire when he would be delivering requested keys, ***************** up the phone on me. I want **** to release our master codes for all our commercial keys so we can use a different vendor for our security keys. Also **** claims to have sold his ******* business to ****** ************, but ****** said he did not receive all the securities from ****. To replace all the locks and keys will be about $8,000.00 for **, We need **** to give us all the codes for our keys etc.
