    We were storing our rv at awesome storage in the town of olds and we had asked if he could get unit 69 to move a head 3 ft due we could not get our trailer in or our nicely at all He said no but I'll move you to unit 53 which is worse then the first one so we said well we'll move it out then to a new place. He said ok sorry it didn't work out your deposit will be back on your credit card within 5 days. We have not seen a pending transaction on our card which we usually do. He has stiffed many people out of deposits that we are finding out. Since this is a small community word is faster then anything. He keeps saying it's in the hands of the accountant but he sent us an email at 849pm stating refund in process which it is not. I have the email of statement saying refund but no money has been returned and the text saying in 5 days the refund would be returned by him.

    We moved our trailer out on sept 17 2024 and he said 5 business days from then to get deposit back then he said accountant screwed up and it would be another 5 days and we still have not received our deposit back.  What do we do now.

    The customer first complained that the stall was too tight and requested if the person in front and across the aisle could move forward. We investigated the ** in question and the person in front was not out of his stall boundary so we offered two other spots to the complainant as a replacement.

    The customer declined the 2 other spots and moved out.

    Attachment proving this refund was provided by the customer to ********************. She insisted she never got the refund on her credit card so we sent a screenshot from our credit card portal showing it was refunded. We have no way to view her credit card statement and she insisted she never got the refund so we sent a interac e transfer for another $60.00.

    The customer did not give the 30 days notice as required in the contract but we refunded the security deposit anyway. 

    So in summary, this customer has now received $120.00 in refunds on a $60.00 dispute, did not give the contractually obligated 30 day notice to vacate, complained to BBB and has written us a negative ****** review.

    In my view this has been settled and we have no desire to pursue this matter any further and hope there will be no more responses, emails, texts, comments on this matter.
