- Many airsoft retailers continue to have a no refunds no exchanges policy, however at BuyAirsoft.ca and Airsoft Shop, this business states they want you to feel confident purchasing from them, knowing that you have return, exchange and warranty options available to you.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify them within 48 hours for a Return. These items must remain unopened and in their original condition. Please understand that BuyAirsoft.ca cannot refund original shipping fees. There will also be a 10% restocking fee applied to products being refunded, not exchanged.
Contact them within 48 hours of receiving your products
BuyAirsoft.ca expects their customers to receive fully functional products that meet the standards reflected in the products' description. Should you receive a product that is defective right out of the box, please notify BuyAirsoft.ca by email within 48 hours of receiving the order through their contact page. If a product cannot be repaired by their in-house Technicians, they will send you a replacement or store credit of equal value.
Shipping your product back
If a product is being returned to BuyAirsoft.ca, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the product meets the return requirements, shipping back to the customer will be at the cost of BuyAirsoft.ca. The return requirements are outlined in the return email.
What is not eligible for returns
Upgrade and replacement parts - If you are unsure if a part is compatible with your airsoft gun, please call them (1.403.755.1769) and talk to one of their Technicians.
