    Day 1- I purchased and installed new tire/rims and sensors on the same day in Red Deer shop. After I left the shop I had a vibration and my tire sensor came on. Day 2- I called them and he said come back and we will take a look. He told me my sensors didn't accept because it was a Denail, that was a lie, Im not stupid, and he again said they fixed the vibration. Day 3-they said bring my old tires, rims with my old sensors and they will put my old sensors back in. He then told me they didnt need to put my old sensors in because they found a different code, he was positive they fixed the vibration. Day 4- back in my truck tire sensor came back on and vibration was worse. So I loaded my old tires up again, they changed the sensors back to my old ones and told me 3 of my 4 brand new tires are no good, run them like that till the tires are worn out. I told him you gave me a warrantee paper saying that they are 100% refundable if they cant be fixed. I told him Im not getting those tires again and I want my money back for the sensors that they put in that didnt work. He said he would get back to me. Still waiting. Maybe he thought because Im a woman that he can just keep dragging this out. **** was amazing, its the other guy, I cant remember his name that keeps trying to play me. Im beyond frustrated. I live 95 km away round trip. This will now be my 5th trip coming in.
