    We bought a hot tub from Dynasty Spas in 2020. Finally getting it Nov 2020 when we were promised it much earlier. I understand it took a little bit longer but we did have to put some money down and we were told we’d get it in 3 to 4 months Most likely three. The first struggle the stereo acting up not working, the unit breaker would blow also a defective spa pack. The hydraulic topper was ripping which needed to be replaced, and the skirting around the tub. These things on the hot tub, mechanical and electrical keep breaking down we’ve had to have the spa package replaced a few times each time we are getting these replaced we’ve had to fight over and over taking over months and months getting someone to work on it and even getting them to call us back is a very big chore. Once again they are now back to the start of having someone to repair it. We have warranty on this for five years warranty is coming off and to get them back into replace things again is hard enough when they came the first time they had actually cut the structural support in order to gain access to the hot tub to try to fix the blower. When they were back, they exposed wires and never put them back properly so if this gets wet, my husband and I will get electrocuted. To this day we are still waiting for things to get fixed and now they think we need to pay for it when they were already here and never fixed it properly. This is a constant fight with them. We have asked for phone numbers to call their head office with no luck a lot of times people don’t call us back. I’m not sure if they don’t know what to do or how to do it but we need answers and we need a hot tub that works so we don’t go through winter with it broken.
