    Date: August 7th Issue: Offered a promotional rebate for newly graduating students. Verified that ******************** was on the list. Provided information regarding upcoming graduation status. Was informed that I would need a degree certificate instead and they removed the rebate and ensured it would be given to me after the certificate was isasued. Purchased the vehicle and followed up when my degree was granted September 6th. Sales associate and manager have consistently brushed off several emails requesting updates stating that the rebate will come "eventually" and provided no additional information everytime.

    We have spoke to the client and they will be picking up their cheque later this week. 

    The graduation rebate was applied after the deal so when we submitted it to Subaru Canada weve had a delay in receiving it. 

    The dealership still hasnt received the rebate from Subaru but will issue the cheque now for customer satisfaction.
