    It was brought to our attention that in our new build Bruins installed a furnace that was too small for our house. We had ** roughed in during our build and have gotten 4 other quotes to finish the ** install - all 4 companies agree they can't finish the job because what we have isn't sufficient for our house size. Last summer we had quotes to finish the ** and were told the 3 tonne ** coil is too small for our house and blower was too small. Bruins agreed 3 tonne coil was wrong because our paperwork showed we paid for a 3.5 tonne. Bruins switched the coil, the blower is still too small. We have gotten more ** quotes. With the 3.5 tonne coil and a blower that is too small, its runs the chance of the ** freezing up. We contacted ******* (Furnace brand) they said the 3.5 coil isn't compatible with our furnance and our furance is too small for house size. Options are to switch back to a 3 tonne coil that is compatible with our furnace size, but it will not cool our house sufficiently because the furance is too small. 2nd option is to get correct size furnace for our home, but there will be issues with the ducting. We have brought the issues to Bruins and the builder, they refuse to help us even though this is their mistake. Now we are unable to finish our ** installation because the coil isn't compatible with our furance, which was sized wrong for house size.We had another issue with a hot water recirc pump roughed in as part of our build. We decided to finish this as it was taking excessively long to get hot water. 4+ LT water going down the drain before it would change temperature. We had the recirc pump finished for $1000 and continued to have issues getting hot water. They told us we need to install more water lines for it to work for another $1000. We did not add more water lines, we are just throwing money down the drain literally as we paid for a recirc pump that doesn't work properly because there wasn't enough water lines installed in the beginning.

    We have been in contact with RT Heating and Air Conditioning to assist with information from *******.  *************************** confirmed on July 23/24 around 4:20pm that the coil and furnace will work for the air conditioner that RT has proposed.

    We let **** know that we will investigate the issue with the hot water recirc. system and will be in touch to discuss next steps once we complete the investigation.
