      I usually dont leave reviews, but the experience I had left such a sour taste that I feel compelled to share itnot because of the money, but because of the way business was *********** of the **********s from this plumbing company installed a new furnace motor, which I later learned (just 24 hours later) wasnt even needed. Their own second ********** came in, diagnosed the real issue, and told me that the motor never needed replacementthe house actually needed a new furnace. The new furnace quote they gave me was $10,000, and they stated in writing that theyd credit me for the unnecessary motor if I went ahead with the install.I chose a different company whose quote was half of theirs and who treated the situation with transparency. When I called to ask about the promised credit for the motor, the receptionist told me the owner said they wouldnt honor itapparently because I went with another company. Worse, they backtracked and claimed their second tech never said the motor wasnt needed.Its unfortunate when owning a mistake and doing right by a customer takes a backseat to saving face. I dont mind the costwhat bothers me is the dismissiveness, the contradiction between staff, and how accountability just evaporated when I didnt sign their inflated quote. Businesses grow from honesty, not deflecting blame.

      Tried several local plumbers to assist with frozen water lines and septic drain issues during the polar vortex of ****. Five days waiting with no response to my continued calls. Finally called Fondas and had a phenomenal response and they arrived within 1 day. Worked diligently and their service was excellent. My only call for plumbers going forward.
