    This is the most money grabbing business I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with.On December 27 when it was so bitterly cold out my furnace stopped working. I called this company...it was close to quitting time but one of their employees stopped in to take a look .He found "no heat- found burned out ignitor will order in am". For the 15 to 20 minutes he spend here he charged me $110.00 labour and $20.00 for gas. He returned early the following morning to install it and again charged $110.00 for labour..although it took about another 20 minutes to install it, $144.56 for the part and an additional $20.00 fuel charge. Total: $424.79 I did complain about it to the company, which was not graciously received however he did agree to returning $78.75. I feel that this service could have and should have been completed in one trip with one charge for fuel and one hour for labour. Beware!!!!

    Thanks very much for such great service. You have been so understanding and cooperative with the 3 visits it took with our renos. We were able to get prompt and timely appointments and your guys were most understanding and cooperative....friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and great to have in our house. Left everything clean and working. Thank you.
