      We ******* businesses that work with screened in sunrooms. Railpro came up. We asked for a quote and the owner came to our house and looked at what we needed. We have a heavy duty privacy screen that needed replacing, the owner saw that. He gave a very high quote but said it was for the materials. They came and replaced the screen yesterday but to our surprise it was not the heavy duty privacy screen but rather basic everyday screen. It’s obvious that it does not match the other sides of our sunroom and since it’s basic screen it will get wrecked a lot easier. For the money we paid, we feel ripped off. He did not make it clear that we wouldn’t get the same privacy screen that we had asked for. He did say he would have to order it but we were still expecting the right product. Once we saw what they had done we complained about it but we’re told that they did us a “favour”. No, we googled a business, we got an in person quote, and we paid what the quote said, it was a business transaction, not a “favour”. We’re listing out house, and now our sunroom doesn’t look like it was supposed too.
