    I placed an online order for LED house numbers wirh a power adapter which was intended as a christmas gift on December **, 2024 and paid by credit card. I received an email confirmation with order number #**** stating that I would receive another email when my order was ready for pick up ETA was first noted as December 17th, but when I clicked on the 'view my order' tab it stated estimated delivery was *** weeks as well as they were experiencing some delays on delivery. On January ****, 2025 I sent an email to to the email address listed on my confirmation asking for an update on the ETA on when my order would be available for pick up, I received no response and was unable to call them as there was only an email address available for all inquirues. To date I have yet to get a response and have not received my order. I have attached my confirmation email showing amount paid with order number included as well as Jan ****, 2025 follow up email.

    I ordered address numbers from this company on September 9, 2024. The order was to be shipped within 4-7 weeks. I didn't receive them in that time frame and contacted the company by email on Nov 7, 2024. I was told they were out of one of the numbers and would be sent within 2 weeks. Then the postal strike happened and I waited until the mail deliveries were caught up. I have since tried contacting them via email and the contact form on their website with no response. I cannot find a telephone number either.I paid with my **** card and **** will not help because they will only dispute items within 90 days of purchase.

    Please note, we do not know what happened with this order or if it was lost due to the postal strike but we have issued a full refund to the client via e-transfer and have uploaded a screen shot of the funds being sent with a reference number.
