    New roof put on garage and house. July 2022 by Nomad Roofing.
    Paid for the gold package which cost approximately 10,000. Included drip edge and warranty on workmanship.

    After the roof was installed I continued to get dripping between my fascia and eaves. I called and **** from Nomad came out to fix it. It didn’t work and the dripping continued. I have pictures of the fix and it was not a satisfactory job. I called Nomad several more times and no one retuned my call.

    I decided to get new eaves June 2023. I used a company called ***** ******* *****. As soon as he went up on the roof he said the drip edge was to tight against the fascia. Then he told me to read about capillary action and drip edge. This is why I kept getting leaking.

    He couldn’t install my eaves under the drip edge and I called Nomad. **** talked to ***** and myself and she would not accept fault. ***** had to install the eaves on the drip edge due to the tightness. To try and make it right ***** also installed 40 feet new drip edge at no cost to me. I am still having leaking so require another 250 feet of drip edge (cost 1200).
    I am asking Nomad to do this job or pay *****. ***** has picture of the drip edge not being installed properly. I have shared that with Nomad but continue to get no solutions or action.
    To make this right a 250 feet of new drip edge needs to be installed and I need reassurance nonstarter shingles were damaged in the process.

    Nomad has all pictures and has been notified of all concerns.
