Cosmo Cat & Fence Service offers a 1 year warranty on fences. This includes any failure on their part or of the products they have installed, including rust & hardware failure. Warranty does not cover uncontrolled events such as fences being damaged or hit, or seasonal such as heavy snow piled against etc.
Refund and exchange is hard in these cases as their services are permanent, but if a customer is not happy with job completion they will do everything they can to change that.
