    I paid $20000+ to replace the engine in our truck on January 23, 2023; this engine after 6 weeks needed repairs totalling more than $3000 (i just recently learn this amount) and park performance has avoided to honour their warranty. They have recently sent us to a dealership capital jeep who they bought the engine from to have the engine reviewed and then left us paying their $350 bill for the diagnostic they told us to go do for the warranty. Once it was evident that all the problems were installation related *** not the engine they stopped communicating with the dealership and me. Before this ****** ******* at park performance said they would pay. This truck is my lifeline and is now leaking oil and making more noise than the 11 year old engine that it replaced. I have called, emailed, texted with the manager ****** ******* at Park Performance and they just keep making false promises.

    Thanks for sending the details of this issue to us, would the customer be able to call us at ************ and ask for **** or ****.  If warranty work falls within our invoice policy we can coordinate with the customer to get the warranty work completed.  If he has any other concerns he can email us as well at *****************************************  We can go over the details and concerns to ensure they're rectified.
