Beware!!! Geoff's Auto Repair has a new owner!!My experience with the new owner, *************************, was terrible and I received no value for the money I spent there. After a correct diagnosis he completely botched the job and while discussing my issues he angrily told me to tow the car home and repair it myself. I did repair it myself and found the problem was his botched workmanship. I received a Judgement from Alberta Provincial Court against Geoff's Auto Repair after presenting my case. This should not have been necessary as the problem he caused could have been easily resolved, I know as I resolved it myself.

************** stopped by Geoff's Auto Repair for an oil leak problem.Stated that every mechanic he'd been to he had to *** because they "never did what he said". Recommended an engine shampoo to help diagnose the excessive oil leak he had on his vehicle, he was told that his oil filter housing was needing replacement. He then sourced his own part, he was advised that we don't usually complete work with customer supplied parts as we can not warranty the part. The work was completed at his request and the engine valley was full of oil and gravel so the intake was fully removed from the vehicle and hand cleaned at no charge. ******** was advised to replace his fuel injector o-rings and he refused any further investment in his own vehicle. Intake and fuel rail were reinstalled and customer returned the following day with a fuel leak from said injector o-rings. He said that the injectors never needed to be replaced and was advised that the dirt and gravel surrounding the entire intake would have ended up contaminating the repair and compromising his engine. he returned again with an oil leak from his provided part and was asked to come view the leak with the intake off again that he was not charged for. he left the company waiting approximately 8 hours at which point he came in threatening legal action and claiming that we did things that weren't required. He refused to pay his bill and tried to take his vehicle by way of a tow truck. The company had the vehicle inside still with the intake off. Upon his refusal to pay for any further repairs the intake was reinstalled over his supplied leaking part. He received a judgement against the business because he frankly wasn't worth any more time. Currently he is slandering the company through online review processes and naming the owner directly. Further open legal action is continuing due to his slander and libel.

If you have any question or concerns please contact the company at **********. We strive to provide accurate, and honest work, this customer presented with an agenda to get what he wanted regardless of what a certified automotive tech recommend to him.
