    Got them to do a remove and replace with new transmission in my truck. I've only driven it under 10 kms but seems to be ok.I would suggest that everyone looks at their itemized bill before paying. They took it upon themselves to do $130 of work without my authorization. I have a written, itemized quote from them. When I asked about the extra charge the shop ******* came out and tried to intimedate me. Saying he should have charged me $550 more. When the owner finally came out to talk to me she gave no apologies for not calling to authorize the extra charge, instead she tried to tell me that it's common in their industry to do an extra $130 on an $8600 bill. We talked for a while, not once an apology for not calling for authorization. All I got was a "well I made it right by refunding you $126.48". And then "well now I'm 30 mins late for my kid's football".Lots of notes on the bill but no one comes out to explain them. Mine says "noticed brake pulsation when stopping". Shop ******* or owner could have maybe explained that? But they try to intimidate you into paying unauthorized charges instead. If you're going to **** Transmission, read your bill before you leave!
