    I reached out to Klutch Construction after noticing a water leak from my roof going down the inner walls of a townhome my family and I just purchased. I'm not handy, nor do I have experience working with insurance companies. I also have a deductible with my insurance company that I wasn't the happiest about paying. However, when the estimator from Klutch came to my home and started going over the damage with me, I felt like I had someone that really wanted to help me. They patiently walked me through the entire process and helped me not feel so overwhelmed. Although I was informed that the roof leak would have to be repaired first (something my insurance wouldn't cover but I'd have to go through my HOA to complete). Klutch Construction provided me with advice on how to work with my HOA to achieve that. Fixing the roof was the hardest part of the process and something I wished we had Klutch was able to do (more on that at the end), simply because they are so easy to work with.The Team at Klutch followed up with me to make sure that I stayed informed on each stage of the process. They answered all the questions I had about the estimate, which was the 2nd estimate I've seen and contained details that my first estimate didn't. My insurance claims adjuster complemented me on choosing a company that provided so much detail, and they increased the amount they would cover for the repairs. Lastly, I would like to note that the team construction workers that completed the work were some of the most enjoyable and professional people I'm had the pleasure of meeting. They we fast and cleaned up to the point that they even remounted my television. It's the small things if you ask me. I didn't have to say anything to them. They didn't want me and my wife to have to worry about it.I hope to never have another leak or issue with my home, but if we do, Im calling Klutch Construction. They do amazing work and have become my first choice should something like this arise.
