      We had a quote and decided to go with this company. We were told it would be a 3 day install (carpet and vinyl) and to make it quicker we removed all of our old carpet ahead of time for the company. The install ended up taking over a month and had many issues. They siliconed some gaps where the cuts were not right after they installed the vinyl there was a spot that was too tight so they had to come back and fix it and when doing so they moved our fridge and scratched the new vinyl so now we have scratched vinyl. When they installed our transitions from our bathrooms they built them up and made the transitions higher than the vinyl flooring and our doors would not close, we had to go to nufloors to actually get ahold of the installer as the installer stopped answering our calls. The installer told us he was coming back to do some trim and to install some carpet on our basement stairs to cover the issues we were having and hasnt been back since and is ignoring our calls and I am very hesitant on paying for the remainder of my flooring until everything is fixed and completed.

      We are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the finished product.
      The bulk of the installation only took 3 days. There were a couple of touch up and subsequent adjustments with the unusual transition that needed to be remedied that took some extra time. However there were times that repair appointments had been scheduled, but were cancelled for various reasons. Using translucent silicon to seal certain areas to the threshold to outside doors and cabinets is standard installation procedure. Once the appropriate concerns were addressed, we contacted the customer to ensure everything was in order, and no other issues were brought to our attention.
      Nufloors was not contracted to supply or install any carpet on the basement stairs. As far as the scope of work that Nufloors and the customer agreed to has been completed in full. Any dealings the customer may have regarding the basement stairs is the private dealings between the customer and the private contractor. 
      If the customer has any outstanding questions or concerns, regarding the scope of work agreed between the two parties, we would be more the happy to take a look and find a reasonable solution.
