      There was an incident at a condo downtown, I am a customer of Millenium ********************** and while they have given us fabulous service over the years, their adjuster ******************* at ******************* handling our claim haven't resolved our problem after 1.5 years fighting to get a tiny 1 bedroom unit fixed (thanks God it's not a full house, it will probably take 20 years at that pace) while most other tenants in the building have already occupied their units. Fingers are being pointed to the buildings adjuster, to the contractor, to covid, to no one returning calls, etc., etc., while we are told that our case is "responsing as it shoud", wow, that's so encouraging, if that's what's expected, I hope no one has to deal with ***** ever. Professional pictures were taken of the unit since it was listed for sale right before the incident caused by a driver hitting the gas line that supplied the building, invoices, supplier names and contact information so there shouldn't be any excuses for not doint their jobs. Likewise ************************** is at par with ***************, it's someone else's responsibility and no one is acting. A company called *********** was hired to do the work they didn't pay their trades and didn't complete the work so they were sued and so the condominium and that means all of us condo owners, regardless, other tenants got their units repaired and currently living in them except us and other 2 owners.This has caused us immense stress since no one takes responsibility and don't have the decency of making any kind of commitments or even make an effort to resolve this situation and just do what they need to do to provide good service to their customers.
