    Midas did bad work with my spark plugs causing mechanical issues. I bought my truck back to them to re-do work under warranty that when they used the wrong spark plugs cross threaded them over tightened the plug into cylinder #1 destroying the porcelain and damaging the cylinder head resulting in almost $6,000 of damage and every time I try to contact them about this plus the $1000 I had to pay to get ********* to fix the problem and all the money I spent at Midas to break my vehicle problem the ignore me. And I dont know where to go from here they neglegently destroyed my vehicle.

    Midas tried to lure me into a shop and lied about talking to ********* about my issue and when I recorded the calls for my own record Midas refused to talk to me and hung up. They cause significant damage to my vehicle costing me $6,500 and I am most likely going to have to take them to small claims court. But as a business lying doing shady stuff and refusing to talk to resolve an issue because the consumer is recording for own record is wrong

    I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle does not need to go into the shop it has been fixed by ********* and I have the recordings of Midas trying to lure me into the shop and lying to me then once I recorded them they just hang up I am out a lot of money due to bad work and they are making no effort to resolve the issue
