DM RNT2BUY : A customer pays an interested fee before vetting. Should the consumer not be qualified they will receive a full refund. If the consumer qualifies the fee goes towards the first months rent. When signing, the consumer pays a down payment for the house. After 2-3 years the customer is expected to consider the end goal of buying the house. This payment goes towards the house price. If the consumer decides they don't want to purchase the house, 5% of the down payment will be put on hold for them to return to the customer should everything be up to standard. The business keeps 95% of the down payment if the consumer chooses not to purchase.
