    I hired this company to paint my front entrance room and railings while I was away .
    I returned home only to find a very unprofessional paint job full of blemishes and an improper preparation .
    I have paid $2750 up front .
    The entire thing needs to be redone . It’s heartbreaking .

    I’ve reached out to the business owner and they have agreed it’s sub-standard .

    We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
    We are not denying that fixable mistakes were made in the home however the project was unfinished and a final walk had not been completed. 
    We apologize we were unable to come to a resolution and empathize that this was not an ideal outcome. Choosing not to return and complete the $6500 project was not an easy decision but after assessing the situation we were not comfortable returning to the clients home.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    nothing has been rectified or resolved . Am I supposed to just walk away from $2750??? 

    I was supposed to be getting Benjamin Moores top of the line paint “aura” as stated in the quote . 
    what I received was not that . It was a lesser quality paint in the “regal” line up . 

    everything “off the wall painting” has done needs to be redone . And now will require even more labour . I have many photos of runs and unsanded areas that I’m having difficulty uploading . 
    these will all require more time and effort to rectify. 

    I am requesting a full refund .
