Since January 2022, this mechanic has had my car for a motor swap. I prepaid for the motor, which he claimed to swap and demanded I paid before I picked it up. After finally getting to his shop to pick my car up, there was a leak, there was 2 lug studs snapped off on either front wheels. And the car WOULD NOT START. He claimed it was a fuel pump and he would fix it. That was in MARCH!! after months of him ignoring my texts and calls he finally tells me I was the one ignoring him and I have to send him money for parts if I want my car fixed. At this point I look into other shops and get quotes but everything is so much more expensive especially when you consider the tow bill I’d have to pay. I sent him about $240 for parts 5 weeks ago with no response. This man is ******** me and for all I know has sold my car or NEVER worked on it. I’m looking for reimbursement, and his company to be fully investigated. I’ve lost over $2000 to a liar that covers up his scams. I will provide any proof I need, and have access to. This was my first car. I desperately want it back, and I desperately want him to be held accountable for what he did.
