    On June 4, 2022, we paid total $264.97 to purchase lots of flower pots including 5 Hydrangea-Vanilla Strawberry plants. However, two month later after I planned these flower pots and the flowers grow up are not Hydrangea. We call the business asking for exchange/return due to these are not the followers I bought but the business refuse to do that said these flowers mislabeled by suppliers and nothing to do with them and they cannot exchange or return. There are no invoice number in the receipt but show GST *** ****** ********* *** ******** ***** 6/04/22 16:44. Please contact me if more information is required.

    First I would like to apologize for the delay.  This is the first I am hearing of the issue with the Hydrangeas.  I apologize that your concern was not rectified when you came in  June.  Our policy has always been if the plants are incorrect to what they are labeled we would issue a full refund with there return.  In order to get this processed the quickest could you please send me a copy of the full receipt as aswell as a picture of the hydrangeas in question.  If you have a picture of there tags this would help us follow up with our supplier as well.
