    Called and asked for a car part, fuel sending unit. Said he had one, I paid $131 total to have it shipped. When I opened the box, and the plastic bad it was wrapped, tagged in. The unit fell into two pieces a d noticed plastic tabs were broken, hence the part was useless and broken and was sold to me. I called during business hours today after noticed and receiving the package and have been ignored. Seeking full refund and return shipping label

    ON AUGUST 08    2022   I TOOK  I PHONE  CALL  FROM ************  ****** ********   ASKING FOR USED AUTO PART  FUEL SENDING UNIT FOR 2003 JETTA  DIESEL   I HAD ONE ON THE SHELF READY TO GO IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AND TESTED NO DAMAGED  FOR 75.00$ PLUS GST ASKED ME IF I COULD FIND OUT THE SHIPPING CHARGES  TO OSHAWA  ONT  I CALCULATED WITH  ******  *******  FOR 50.00$  PLUS GST  MR ****** AGREED ON SHIPPING  CHARGES  AND  PART   PAID 131.25  VIA  E-TRANSFER  AND  I WRAPPED UP THE PART IN BOX AND  SHIPPED TO MR ****** IN OSHAWA ONT  THE PART GOT  DELIVER TO  OSHAWA ON AUGUST  29    2022  I  DID NOT RECEIVED  ANY  PHONE  CALL FROM MR ****** ABOUT PART BEING  DAMAGED OR NOT WORKING .I WOULD LIKE  TO  KNOW IF MR ******  TOOK ANY  PICTURES OF THE  PART THAT GROVE  AUTO WRECKING  SOLD  HIM   IF THE BOX WAS  DAMAGED IN THE SHIPPING ? DID HE FILE A CLAIM WITH LOOMIS EXPRESS  ? I  TRY  CALLING  MR ALBER AND  LEFT  MESSAGE FOR  HIM  TO  CALL ME  ON  FRIDAY 24. SEPT 2022   IM HOPPING  TO  HEAR  FROM  HIM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE .  .I WOULD HAVE HAVE  MY  PART BACK IN ORDER TO REFUND HIM  FOR  THE  PART  HE  PURCHASED FROM ME  THE  PART IS  MARKED GAW  AS GROVE AUTO WRECKING  FOR  THE  WARRANTY    THANK YOU  FOR  YOUR  TIME  AND I  HOPE  TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM
