      I took my good working vehicle in needing a wheel alignment for new tires. I knew I needed a new ball joint as the 1st place I went to mentioned I did, They were not the right fit for me ( cost ) and so I found this mechanic I went to the new place.
      They mentioned that not only 1 ball joint needed to be done in order to do the wheel alignment , but 2 were needed. In the process they mentioned the u joint was ceased (they broke it and then proceeded to charge me when on the phone he said he didnt charge me.

      While my car was there they called me at work and said their $3000 machine broke and were unable to fix align my car. I said ok as long as they compensate me for my uber as my car was set to be done same day.
      20 min later they closed and my car was complete ( or so they say )

      Going home I noticed that any little bump , my car swayed. This is so dangerous and I almost hit the ditch as which point I had to put my hazard lights on. I called them the next morning and let them know. I made an appt at 9 am but unfortunately wun able to make that appt. I get there a little bit later than my appt where I almost got into another accident this time w. a car as my car swayed. They emergency anti slide brakes always go on w. any slight movement now. They turned me away and said I missed my appt and they would not be able to re-do my alignment.

      their wheel alignment stats. There are red areas in that report proving that my car was not aligned. Additionally the mechanics comments on the paper state that my car is naturally all over the road due to the modifications.
      I went to a different mechanic as Canadian Auto Remarking are clearly not capable to get my wheel alignment done.
      I was notified that my Tirod shows wear due to the wheel alignment they did
      I was also notified that my ball joints that were newly placed were not rotational and stationary. The ball joint that just got put on have too much toe "Tires pointing inwards which may have caused damage to my new tires

      Customer had called us requesting that she needed to get the
      ball joints replaced on her highly modified Jeep after another shop was unable
      to do her alignment, so she drove the vehicle to our shop location. We replaced
      all four upper & lower ball joints, which were loose at her request and at
      the time we found your right front axle u-joint was rusted and seized and it
      needed to be replaced. We had contacted the customer at 4:30 that afternoon and
      told her our air compressor was down and was currently getting replaced and
      asked if we could do the alignment in the morning, she proceeded to get angry
      with us and demanded the vehicle be done that evening, So, we had our 2 techs
      stay late to complete the vehicle work for her and we called her around 7:00 pm
      to let her know the vehicle is done. she called us the next day and said that
      she was not happy with the alignment, we asked you to bring the vehicle in
      immediately so we can check over the work performed and re-do the alignment. She
      was scheduled to come in for 9:30 am the following day and we allocated 2 hours
      to review the work that was don at no additional charge to the customer but she
      did not show up until 12:15 and demanded we get everything finished for you in
      45 minutes because you had to go to work, we stated this is not possible and
      that we would need the vehicle for at least 1-2 hours and we already had other
      customer bookings at 12:30, but she did not accept that arrangement and asked
      for a refund on the alignment which we did pay her back in cash.
      Now she called us 2 weeks after the repairs were done
      demanding a full refund and we told her that we can not give her a full refund
      because we did do anything wrong, and we have asked you 3 times to bring the
      vehicle back in at no charge so we can inspect the work that was completed, she
      refused to allow us to check over the work that we did stating that you will
      never touch my vehicle again. We told her that we stand behind our work and
      would never jeopardize someone’s safety by giving them an un-safe vehicle to
      drive and willing to warranty any defective parts & labor for 12 Months or
      20,000km if need be.
      we have tried to go above and beyond to make her happy and
      look after any issues you are having, but she has not given us a chance to
      review the complaints that she had. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything unless
      we see the vehicle.
      The customer gave us a 1-star review on google completely
      bashing our business and she had 14 other people that she knows and has no
      business with this entire situation give us a 1-star review and they were using
      inappropriate comment about our business.
      We are still leaving the door open for you to bring the
      vehicle back in so we can check over the work that we performed for her and
      anything that we did if it needs to be repaired over again, we are willing to
      do it at no additional cost to the customer.

      I am rejecting this response because: This company put stationary ball joints on my vehicle. As it is "highly modified" there must be rotational ball joints. As per the other mechanic, my tires have too much tow now- they point inwards; which will adversely affect the longevity of my brand new $2200 tires. 

      They did not align my vehicle. Please see the attached image showing the alignment specs AFTER they "completed" it. They also noted on the paper that my vehicle is all over the road b/c it is lifted. So very untrue. My vehicle was perfect before I Brought it in. In fact, they over worked my tirod when attempting to align the vehicle and have caused me an additional $3K to FIX the part the broke. Please also see the attached note from the new mechanic.

      This company put my LIFE in danger by releasing an unsafe vehicle that is all over the road. I almost got into 2 accident. One on the way home, and one on the way back to them. 

      I offered to let them take the ball joints off and get my vehicle towed in replacement for a refund (while I watch of course as they already damaged one thing) they declined. And yes, I 100% REFUSE to let them work on my vehicle. They proved to me to be fully incompetent, put my life in danger and their customer service skills require a tune up.

      Good afternoon, we stand by the work that we did if we need to fix something that we missed or the parts are defective we are willing to care of it as long as the customer is willing to bring it back. We have offered this customer on several occasions to bring the vehicle back but she continues not to accept, at this point our hands are tied.

      I am rejecting this response because: I got the work done by a professional who made my jeep road worthy after the huge issue this business caused me. Missed work, more time and money. I strongly urge everyone who considers to visit the Canadian Auto remarkers to STEER CLEAR and get your work done else where to protect your huge investment of a vehicle.
