    What a nightmare! We are now pursuing legal advice from our lawyer as the contract was broken on the owners end. We paid him two big lump sums and he never came back to finish the job! Not only that the work is very questionable! The bean looks to be falling from the roof and is now a serious safety concern for us. Especially with small children in the home. We’re not sure if the stair railing was done to code and are also wondering if this company is bonded and insured? We are not sure we even want this contractor back in our home. So we are seeking to find if we can have him compensate to have the work complete. We have record of contract that he wrote up and was signed along with all text conversations between him and us. We will not just let this go as we put alot of money into this and we are positive he would not have walked away with our being paid. So why would we allow him to break contract with out work complete
