      I had ************************* come to house for estimating water damage from burst pipes. ************************* (PM) Concocted a Fraudulent report with ********* intent to deeming me the tenant at fault by way of negligence for water damages caused by burst water pipe. He claimed that I admitted to him I neglectfully caused the damage which is a bold lie. His dishonest conduct caused me and family great hardships and now facing eviction. I was provided a report hand written by ************************* containing fabrications and lies with an intent to financially gaining from my families misfortune. I will never trust Sparklean *** out of **********, ** ever again for they are dishonest conmen with no regards to the human suffering they solely cause from their fraudulent reports and estimates. I have pictures, videos, and eye witness testimony to refute all lies depicted by ************************* representing Sparklean ***! I WARN ALL OF YOU READING TO NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

      Marked our house renovation "complete" while we still did not have a gas oven connected to the gas lines in the house leaving ** without a functioning oven for a month while the ** did not respond to us for a month. Even when the renovation was happening I had to constantly manage the **, even while on vacation to ensure that work was getting done. Cut vent holes in our floor that previously didn't exist. Very unimpressed
