    I have condo in the ******* on *******************, at *********************************************************. Ram Mechanical is has service contract with our property managers for this building's **** system's and they are well aware the main cooling tower is malfunctioning causing individual condo owner's heat pump in-line filets to become plugged. After a couple of weeks of no air conditioning, and emails and calls to both First Residential and Ram, on Sunday, Sept 08 the temperature in my condo with the windows open and fans on was 40 degrees.I called Ram Mechanical on this Sunday evening to please come and clean out my condo's heat pump in-line filters as per your email instructions and as per ************* Mangers instructions. The staff at *** had no idea what I was talking about when I requested my heat pump in-line filters be cleaned out nor did they know anything about *** having service agreement for the **** Unti in this blinding our building. In the past, as per your instructions, I had called Ye Olde Plumbing to clean out my in-line filters at a cost of $153.00. On Sunday the 08 of Sept. Ram send a technician to my Condo. He did not clean out my heat pump in-line filter as requested. He said my heat pump compressor failed and it was not the in-line filter, he left my Condo after being here for less then 15 minutes. on Monday morning, the 9th of Sept, I again called Ram and I again requested a technician to come to my condo and clean out heat pump in-line filter as per Ram's instructions. Their technician arrived and cleaned out the in-line filter and my heat pump worked and she was in my condo for about an hour. In early October I get an invoice from Ram Mechanical for in excess of one thousand dollars. They billed me four several hours of their technicians time that was not spend in service to me or my heat pump! From the begging all I wanted was in-line filter to be cleaned out at it had in the past. I asked about after hours call fee was, no one knew!

    I gave Ram Mechanical every opportunity to reduce their invoice to me so that it would reflect the hours they worked for me, they did reduce it but no where near the hours they actually worked for me. After speak with them on the phone and many emails back and forth I finally just paid their invoice as it was obvious to be they had no intention of doing the right thing. I do not withdraw my complaint and should be posted on your website for others to see.
