Ive gotten service from this Midas numerous times and experienced issues with almost all of the service they have done and had to redo the services with another provider. They also cannot produce documents for the alignments that I have gotten done on my car there. Without the proof of the alignments I strongly believe that they were not done on my vehicle as they would have found the underlying issues. The services they have provided me with have been done wrong and improperly causing me to have to spend an additional approximately $1,500 dollars to have their services redone as the issues with my car have been a safety concern. My mother has tried to contact the company in my regard to resolve the issue and was provided with nothing but bad service, as the acting manger tried to lay charges against her for threats, that were not present and dramatizing the entire situation. Truly this business has lost all of my trust and I am incredibly hurt financially from having to redo hundreds if not thousands of dollars to make my car safe to drive again due to the neglect that this company has provided with insignificant services that are partially done to make me continue to come back for continuous repairs. The amount provided below for that of giving the company is just conclusive total of all the work that I have gotten done at Midas and had to redo. I have spent more than that amount over the course of using them for my car repairs.

I had gone to Midas to have my car repaired, upon paying my invoice for $2,400.65 the manager ***** told me it was making a sound from the belt and pully assembly. upon driving away it was the exact sound (alternator needed to be replaced from what he told me) that I had brought the vehicle in for in the first place. They also told me I needed shocks, I had them replace them and after replacing them, loud creeking sounds were coming from the back end of the car that were not there before. Upon discovering all of this, I phoned them back and ***** told me he would charge me further for doing more work. I have spoken with multiple mechanics and it is very obvious that they mis-diagnosed the problems in the first place. They are now refusing to fix the problems I needed repaired, this matter of not having a vehicle is also costing me enormous amounts of money as I need to drive everywhere for work. I would like either a full refund for the shocks and belt assembly work that may not have even needed to be done, or would like the FULL job to be completed since that is what i paid them to do. All around I am very upset regarding the situation and that is the reason for submitting this complaint.
