    I had a rental apartment with SPM that I left last October of 2022 due to being threatened, assaulted, and agreements not being met on SPM behalf.

    When i terminated the lease due to numerous significant breaches by the landlord, i was physicalñy assaulted and billed unrightfully for loss of rental income and others. I did not owe any rent to SPM and I do not owe them a dime.

    I get a call from vanguard collection services stating SPM is attempting to collect 6000$ from me, and they threatened collections. I let them know ill sue the daylights out of them and filed with the RTDRS to dispute the illegal fraudulent claims made by SPM.

    SPM is responsible for threats to tow my vehicle when it was in a paid parking spot with permission from my landlord.

    SPM vandalised my belongings and criminal charges are being pressed.

    I had one of their employees spit in my face at our move out inspection which they filled out with lies in attempts to collect more money. I did not sign the move out inspection as they didnt inspect the premises yet already had the inspection completed....

    I attempted to reach a solution by contacting them and got nothing but ignorance and antagonization to start a fight.

    I left the rental and lease due to significant breaches by the landlord. So its illegal to claim loss of rental income.
    No move in inspection was conducted so its illegal to charge for any damages done to the apartment. I did not damage rhe apartment yet still got my damage deposit stolen. Ill be claiming it in court.

    Whether you go to their Grande Prairie rentals or their other locations, it's all run by the same joke of a management team.

    If anyone wants proof of these things please contact me. I will share everything with you to prove you should just rent elsewhere and save the headache and time and money!

    All actions were in compliance with the terms of our lease agreement (which the tenant signed) and the Residential Tenancies Act.  No authority recognized any of the complainant's claims and all accusations were deemed fraudulent or dismissed.
