    Good afternoon, I am interested in submitting a formal complaint regarding Tilt Property Group, which I hired to manage my condo property. My primary concerns involve overcharging and a lack of transparency in their fee structure.Tilt Property Group applies a service fee of over 30% on vendor charges. I was unaware that this additional percentage was part of their standard practice. From my understanding, other management companies typically charge around 10%, making these fees excessively high and unexpected.Additionally, I have felt pressured and intimidated in my interactions with the management company, particularly when raising concerns or disputing charges. The owners approach has been overly forceful, leaving me feeling disregarded and unvalued as a client, which can be confirmed by several emails.I am seeking not only reimbursement for the excessive fees charged to me but also would like to investigate whether this overcharge was directed at me due to my living in another province. It is important that other owners are made aware of the significant charges, to ensure transparency and fairness in the management of our properties.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: it lacks substantiated evidence to support that my claims are not true! It is concerning that no proof has been provided by the company to validate the assertions presented. 

    I expect Tilt Property Group to either provide the necessary documentation supporting their claims or offer alternative avenues for resolving this matter.

    I want to recover complete rent amount paid after Tilt was no longer owner of my present address.
