    ****** from Wilsons Modular Solutions levelled my home and a matter of weeks later it was worse than what it was before he levelled it. I have doors that wont close and my patio door is visibly crooked and therefore wont lock which is a safety issue. I called ****** and he acted confused that the home could be not level. I took pictures and sent them to him. He said he would think about it and get back to me which he did not. I called him back. He said he would see when he had time to come back out to do something about it and again, he never got back to me. I called his office again and a lady answered(Im assuming his secretary) and she said that ****** said it was because my blocking was in such poor shape. I of course said then he should not have done the job then. She literally had no answer when I said that. I explained that I paid a lot of money to have my home level and its not. I also explained to her that if my blocking was in such poor condition that my house would not be level in a matter of weeks then I would of course not have had it done. She said she would talk to ****** and get back to me. She never did. Then I tried calling again and the call wouldnt go through. I thought maybe they had gone out of business. Then because they had spent so much time trying to avoid the issue, on a whim I thought I wonder if they just blocked my number. So I called from another phone and sure enough they had blocked me. When I asked his secretary if ****** was going to warranty his work she said no. I asked what he was going to do about it and she said nothing and then hung up on me. Now Im out all that money and my house is not level and I cant even lock my house at night and when Im not home. I think ****** should not have done the job if it wasnt going to work because of blocking. He should have told me that instead of just taking my money and then ignoring the issue and not stand by his work.
