    Husband was a loyal REGULAR customer for years. Just recently, his transmission went, so CSR pulled the trans to send to another guy that does work on them, then CSR reinstalled. However, when they reinstalled everything they did not put enough transmission fluid in and it piled up again. Did the whole process over again, and the transmission guy covered half under warranty, however CSR will not cover the reinstallation, even though IT WAS THEIR FAULT THE TRANSMISSION BLEW. They keep trying to phone around to get outside opinions on if the failure was their fault, and every time they dont like the answer they phone another place. Theyre trying to find anybody to tell them it wasnt their fault so they dont have to pay. Its a h*** of a lot easier for a business to eat a $2600 bill than for a regular guy who has now had to pay for his transmission to be worked on three separate times. The two men who own/work at CSR have always been unprofessional and rude when Ive had to go in. Unimpressed, we will never use their services again.
