    the issue we had is with the cleaning product they used.. Birex... and a very poor job, this is a highly toxic corrosive product to the respiratory system.. and is NOT to be inhaled.. he used this product to sanitize my furnace ventalation system... leaving me with breathing issues .. note here i am sensitive to lung issues and told him so before starting .. now we are bringing in air quality specialists.. to check voc,s and proper furnace cleaning... takes no less than 3 hours to properly clean a furnace.. not one hour .. that is what he took .. and charged $387 including$65 sanitation... using a toxic substance.....

    he called and said no it is not ******** is Virex...and told me it was perfectly fine .... no it is the same quater nary ammonium compound ,, hospitals have very specific uses for this product .. anyone can check the safety data sheet .. and see for themselves this is NOT a product you want in your ventilation system
