    I recently started taking over the care and maintenance of my vehicle and I was nervous about finding a good and trustworthy mechanic. After using ****** and ******** reviews I went to *** and was pleasantly surprised and have had a few issues to work through with my vehicle. They had a nice area to wait while work is being done and was able to get me in in a timely manner. Their receptionist texts appointment reminders and updates which is a nice feature. The work has been pretty good, but one issue I had was with my fan not working properly; they replaced the air cabin filter which was extremely dirty and it seemed to do the trick, however since this my fan works sporadically. I have contacted *** during and left a message to schedule an appointment but never received a call back so Ill have to go elsewhere to get this issue resolved. I appreciate the flexibility to move my appointment time around when I missed it by accident, however the communication needs to be better. The receptionist was supposed to call me that a part was missing during my 2 hour appointment so I could have come back sooner and gotten on with my day but she didnt. She also didnt text me to come in to get my AC recharged when their part was missing, so I had to go elsewhere to get this done. All in all I am very happy, but definitely a few things to work oncommunication is key.
