    PWR installed two toilets on June 4, 2022. The flushing did not work well and the seats did not align properly. **** **** ***** *** ********** came on July 24 after many requests - he adjusted the water flow but still not great- he agreed that the seats did not fit and said that he would replace them- we kept having to continually follow up and finally on september 15th= he told us to pick up the seats at a distributor in Edmonton and he would not pay for the new seats- he said that he is too busy to come and change the seats so we even offered to go and pick them up but he refuses to pay for them so we are at a standstill. There are many complaints about his services etc from others as well so this seems to be his style.

    Yes we installed toilets, which we test and align seats before leaving and the home owner after about a month tried to contact me he said and i never received an emails, phone calls or texts. Finally i got a email that you could tell he was using the wrong email before stating that he was going to spread false information about my company across streams. i responded and let him know that this was a childish behaviour for an 80 something year old man. From then he turned me away from wanting to do any work for him. i went and adjusted the flushing of toilet, which were working fine when i was there. i also noticed at this point and ***** admitted he had messed with the seats. When i was adjusting flushes, I noted to him that i could get seats that can be adjustable but they are $65 seats each and not the $20 ones he received and he understood and stated he would pay the difference, which I ordered the seats. A few days later he emails me saying seats wont help flushing and i responded with if the seats are not going to solve the problem and your still going to complain about toilets there is no point of me wasting my time replacing the seats. He never responded for a week and then asked when i was coming and i asked him the same thing, again. At this point I felt there was never going to be a resolved happy customer, he asked when i could change the seats and i said im booked solid till Mid November, he said hed install the seat and i told him the seats are ready for pick up at wholesaler and have a cost of $40 each. He said he wasnt paying, i said im not losing more money and paying for them.

    I will not be doing any further work for him and if he wants to slander my name of toilet seats by all means let him, he told me before he lost a bunch of trades, they just stopped answering his calls or no showing, that was his reason for calling me. He is a rude gentleman who is never pleased.

    Regarding the insinuation that I had lost "a bundle of trades" is insulting and false. I had told **** when I first me him that most of the trades that I had previously have either retired (plumbing,electrician) or died, (roofer.) 

    I was at the time for someone available for emergency call-outs for our rentals for when we are away. 

    I would be happy to provide all transcripts of e-mail and texts to him regarding his comments.

    on a final note which is probably irrelevant is that the contractor has more than a few unsastified customers which was revealed when I started doing some further investigation.

    Also attached- please find the time frame of all discussions.  

    We would be happy to have **** came and finish the job that he started.
