    Trailer was stored there and broken into and everything was stolen. The new owners still charge your card long after you’re gone. They are very rude and block your calls when you try to confront them about it. The place should be shut down. Numerous people’s things have be stolen and broken into.

    We were renting a storage unit from Lakeland storage and we went to pay for October and our contract states that if we leave early we will be prorated and the gentlemen we made the payment to to us that it is in our contract so it has to be honoured so we paid for the full month of October. On October 12 my husband went and cleaned out the unit and handed in the keys and the owner them stated that they do not give refunds , I spoke to the owner on the phone and he was extremely rude and told me that he would not deal with me because I was not on the contract and then he proceeded to tell me how much somebody else that I know that has a unit there owes and hung up on me, I called him back and he spoke with my husband and told him about how much the other person owes, the call them changed to texting and he again texted me and told me how much the other person owes I then told him that this was against the privacy act , all we want is the remaining 18 days of charges back as we are no longer using there services and it is stated in our contract that we should get it
